While unique and visual captivating, the Ex-Dome is not for everybody. It does operate and function a bit differently than a standard 10 X 10 tent, and set up/break down requires learning a new way of operation. To combat this learning curve and any potential reservations, we are offering a 5 year warranty on the frame. If you have any issue that cannot be fixed via the included field repair kit, send it back to us for repair or replacement!
